I ordered some Tombigbee within the last 30 days, no photo id needed.
Had my first bowl last weekend. I needed to let it air dry a bit longer than I did, Other than that it was very good and I am looking forward to my next bowl.

Picayune Pancake (formerly Second Breakfast) is another good one from that line.
I don't smoke many aromatics, but I do have some of this from CS.

I knew that it used to be called "Old Toby" but they changed it. So, are y'all saying that they had to change several of those blends names due to some type of copywrite infringement from Lord of the Rings???

I wonder how that ruling was levied and who would reach out and enforce that kind of thing??

I order from Country Squire on a regular basis and have never provided anything other than shipping address and payment information.
Same here, when did TCS require your ID to purchase? How odd. Maybe it depends on your state of residence?

The ruling was probably a cease and desist from lawyers representing the party whose intellectual property was being stolen.
People are funny like that.

I'm betting that's either a New York requirement, or something to do with shipping to a PO box. Give them a call and ask. You won't find a nicer bunch of folks.
No other tobacco selling entity I know of requires this verification (above). Tried to order from CS again. Changed to street address everywhere on their site. Same deal. Sent the photo below in and it was refused. I could call--and might--but probably won't. I like Tombigbee, but not enough to overcome my natural sloth. (Apologies for hijacking the thread. I'm done.)

I recently got a pound of Faulkner Flake from them, it looks right up my alley. When I got it, I had to cut the flakes in half to fit in jars just like I did with Sutliff VA slices(507c I think), it looks a lot like them too, smelled similar. I'll have to smoke them back to back to see what differences there are. Even if that's all it is I'll still be happy, love them slices.
