I'm with Jason on #3. You have enough members here smoking and giving opinions, why not have them give opinions on what they are smoking. By the way, are we gonna get free tobacco to do the review??

I appreciate that some of you guys enthusiastically signed up for http://tobaccowikipedia.com.
Yes, that is my creation and I have already entered a bunch of tobaccos. That site needs a lot of work and I could really use the help. I also have http://www.tobaccopipesdictionary.com/.
However, neither of those sites is the new review site.
I am still trying to get one last bug fixed and then I will announce it.
It is already live though, so see if you can find it. You can sign up if you find it, but don't do any reviews yet, until I fix the editor.
So this is the unofficial, teaser announcement.

I actually made an offer to buy TR a year ago in Sept 2009. Instead of buying TobaccoReviews.com, we decided to develop our own cleaner web 2.0 style of tobacco review site; LuxuryTobaccoReviews.com.
Our site is cleaner, more attractive and has more accurate up-to-date information on many tobaccos.
We do not have 1,000's of tobaccos, but this is not a tobacco history book.
We are not interested in listing tobaccos that are no longer available for purchase. Plus I entered everything myself. We are about up to 500 tobaccos right now, and I just started on C&D.
You are probably aware that many people post tobacco video reviews on YouTube. Users will even be able to embed their own YouTube videos on our site.
Reviews will be moderated to avoid useless reviews.
