Bo as in Bow Legged Bear or Bear.
I think baskerville59 might've inspired it... I've always wanted to name a dog 'Bear', but it's just too common. So we're putting 'Beorn' in for a test drive. Beorn is a character of Tolkien's who is a "skin changer" between man and bear. And Beorn actually means 'bear' in olde english.
We're still thinking though. 'Tolkien' is an option as well. But no tobacco related names have come up yet that my wife likes, so I'm still working on that. I kinda just like, 'Tobacco'. Plain and simple.
How about "Meth"? That way you can have your own meth lab
:laughat:  :laughat: I could almost consider that if I didn't live near the meth capital of the U.S.A. or with my social worker sister-in-law.

Flowery Branch, GA
Could call him Baccy, lol. A couple of others that come to mind are Dunbar, Stonehaven, Balkan.
Or even could go the route of pipe brands, or pipe smoking heroes.

Einstein, Dunhill, Savinelli, Castello, etc.

Well it is official folks... his name shall be Beorn. The wife and other household members like it, so I guess it's sticking.
The award goes to baskerville59 for his inspiration of this one with his suggestion of Bear! Congrats, if I unexpectedly die sometime soon, you will be mailed my pipes and tobacco cellar, promptly after the funeral.
Too bad nobody here (SWMBO) wouldn't go for any of the suggested toby related names... but whatever, I got another sweet dog. :puffy:

Though as a side note... 'Uncle Arthur' was in the running for a while too per my wife's suggestion. But we knew it would just end up being shortened to Uncle, so it was a no go.
Thanks everyone, I'm here all week! (literally... it's an obsession.)
