My favourite warning, on the package for an itch medication: "Do not insert directly in anus".

Two things:

1) Thanks for putting that image in my head; it's filled up with toxic sludge already, and that is something I did not need to think about; and 2) What else needs that warning message?
I can think of any number of things that would be improved by the message "do not insert directly in anus". Because, you know, some people might be tempted.
Books, chocolate bars, coffee cups, laminated crankshafts .....

My favorite warning was on my windshield shade. "Don't drive with shade in place" What this means is someone probably did it and tried to sue the manufacturer.

I love the fact that the tag on OP's hat says "can cause" and not just "causes" because, seriously, what *can't* cause cancer!? If we labelled everything that *may* cause cancer we'd be out of labels.
