He hurt himself and his case by reproducing the image as an adult. It wouldn't surprise me if the judge threw out the case and told him, "Oh well, never mind."

Would it really hurt us that much to say I have an opinion but that's all it is. And one thing that makes me think he might have a point is as follows. Could you imagine finding out some perv had fun with your baby picture? Like think about that one for a second. (the fact he's implicating intentions is also pretty presumptive, unless he knows something we don't). It's weird enough finding out you've had pictures taken when you were a full adult that are popular for alone time. But no it's just easier to out right dismiss any claims that don't appeal to our views.
