Heres one: I've had a contractor here today finishing a porch he said would take 3 weeks to complete. That was back when he started in October 1st. They did 80% of the work, then just disappeared...for 7 months. What is even more mind boggling is that now he is mad we're holding back a few hundred dollars until the final things are completed, like putting in the lights and putting up the decorative wood touches. If I did my job like that I'd be fired.
