Couldn't think of a decent title.

This is nothing to do with pipes, but thought you may like it.

Dafydd Iwan singing Yma o hyd (still here) in the National Eisteddfod this week.

Everyone knows the words. Everyone is singing. Note the age range, the passion, the tears.

Honkytonk Man, you probably never came across this in Pembrokeshire.

enjoy

Quite an accomplishment, what with getting every single Welsh speaker on the planet into one venue! ?

What a cool event! Looks like everyone was seriously enjoying it too. Thanks for sharing!

What a powerful moment in concert, multigenerational, and so heart felt. Truly memorable, impressive. My wife called from the other room, "What is that? It sounds wonderful."

My sister and her husband, quite well traveled, went to a choir and vocal concert in Wales and enjoyed it much. Then they went to a nearby bar, and all the singers and choirs showed up. The concert had been a rehearsal, as it were, and the real concert then began, on through the night.

Is that Welsh, per se, or Celtic? Maybe I'll play it again.
