Funny that you mention what blend I was smoking while creating. Some of these images are quite old, but I can remember, of all things, exactly what tobaccos I was smoking during the photographing and the manipulating. Can't tell you what I had for breakfast yesterday but I can tell you what pipe and tobacco I smoked afterwards ha ha ha. I will do my best to remember, and from now on, document what tobaccos are involved with what pieces. I can tell you for starters that the last image and the next few to follow involved a very steady diet of great tobaccos. I visit these woods often and spent weeks photographing their beauty. In rotation for any given day in the woods was Marlin Flake, Dunhill Light Flake, Dunhill London Mixture, Penzance, Margate, SG Full Virginia Flake, Solani 633, McClellands Anniversary, and G.L. Pease Bohemian Scandal. I may have had a little G.L. Pease Aragorn still on the go as well now that I think about it. I used to take food, water, plenty of pipes and tobacco, my dog and a tent. Sometimes I'd spend the day some times I'd spend the weekend. Anyways...enough about what, when, where, how...on with the show this is it:
