Very nice Phil. I really enjoy the Cathedrals with blue sky behind.
In the photo of St. Mary's Basilica (I love Halifax by the way) there is an interesting effect of seeing the suns intense light as if from the horizontal. You must envision looking along a horizontal plane rather than looking up, as is natural, at a cathedral.
Something else with this photo is that the arch, doubled, in the very center forms the vesica piscis, the symbol of the feminine/birth/motherhood often seen in Catholic art, but also much used in the occult.
The possible philosophical content of this photo is staggering. Light/knowledge turned from the vertical (the heavens/God) to the horizontal (man). Occult symbolism bring to mind organizations which exist to promote man over God. The vesica piscis, as it is believed, will give birth to the anti-christ.
Powerful photo really.
