I get migraines from food triggers, or not eating on time, or not drinking enough water. I started taking Bromelain, originally for my eye floaters.
Two to three weeks later, I’m bouncing around full of life for about a week, and not really thinking/considering how I feel, just going about my day. Then I stopped and said, hey wait a sec here, absolutely no migraines, can’t even remember the last time I had one, and I also have mild arthritis, and it always throbbed, that is also gone, can’t even remember last time it also ached.
Let me tell you, I have never had such pain relief and then feeling amazing too.
I would seriously look into getting a bottle of Bromelain, and hopefully it helps you too.
P.S. I seriously recommend anyone having pain issues to look into this!
