So a combination of conversations about the tobaccapolypse and Esterval’s has resulted in an acute case of TAD.

I didn’t even think about customs until after I hit purchase. Then I started reading about it. I’ve been super stressed until I got the USPS email yesterday that it was out for delivery.

Now that is a haul! Les, I don't recall saying $800. My largest single purchase has been around 5 KG and $450. I've yet to have any issues with Customs when ordering from Estervals. I do not know where they draw the line.

I don't think customs would sieze it but you'd probably get hit with substantial taxes and fees. Looks like you avoided it anyways.

So question for those of you more knowledgeable than me. Which would be pretty much everyone. Out of these types of packaging, which should I focus on putting into jars for the best long term storage? I don’t want to open anything I don’t have to.

I prefer original packaging placed in mylar bags for longer storage and jars for regular rotation. But that's just me.
