I only get PAD when I find clay pipes at flea markets / antiques shops or on eBay!
I was confused by B&M as we have a discount store called B&M Bargains / Express / Home Stores here in the UK...
I should know as there's one by the river clean-up site at the retail park here in Chesterfield!

It means add one more in agreement with what was just said. What he said - +1 (add me to that).
That's my definition I'm sure there's a shorter one on some woke urban dictionary.
