I only get PAD when I find clay pipes at flea markets / antiques shops or on eBay!
I was confused by B&M as we have a discount store called B&M Bargains / Express / Home Stores here in the UK...
I should know as there's one by the river clean-up site at the retail park here in Chesterfield!

Any time some one mentions a blend, it's a good idea to spell it out once at the beginning. Then use whatever initials it has, whether it's in the book or not.
