Nothing but enablers around here, I tell ya! But, if I need help with controlling impulse purchases, I’ll put it in my cart and wait a day or three before completing the purchase. I USUALLY convince myself to not buy that way.
It seems to have all the advantages of an author shape but with a better bend and deeper bowl and thicker sidewalls and a nice flat saddle stem made by a reputable company ... who would want something so nice ??? stick with the mini cobs ...

Nice looking pipe. I've only got one Rossi but it is a good smoker for a very reasonable price. I've about got myself talked into buying one in that shape.

I’m sorry no help here. I’ve been on the fence with a Rossi myself.
If you like it, which is your personal taste, buy it. That shape and black colored pipes don't appeal to me but that's just my personal taste.
I wonder if they could take a few pictures of the tenon and mortise for me…

The 644 is one of the only Savinelli Shapes that sits comfortably in my clench. Don’t buy it. If you still want it next Sunday, pull the trigger
