I thought that the P&C sampler of 5 tins for 29.95 was a good chance to save money AND try some new tobacco.

I just checked my order, and one has been back ordered. Miss. River. Recently my Escudo had been back ordered too, but it arrived a few days later without additional shipping charges.
One flavor I'm really looking forward to is Newminster's #403 Superior Round Slices. I read the reviews and looked at the pics and ordered a 1/2 lb. More than I usually order for bagged backy.

Yup. Cracked open my first tin (ever) of Christmas Cheer 2015 whilst looking through my cellar list. I created a spreadsheet detailing what I got, how much, when, the price, from where, and any tasting notes. I began my hobby in earnest this past June. The following is what I have ordered since. I was at the SPC Picnic last Saturday. I won a tin and bought some tins and an 8 oz bag.

3 x 40g Rimboche is undated

100g HH Syrian is 2006 (Syrian!!)

100g HH Highland is original 500 tin run from 2011

100g and 50g Frogs are from 2013

50g SOE flake is 2014

50g Syrian is from 2015 (Syrian!!)

50g CPT E Honor Blend is undated but the tin shows age.

8 oz of Mac B Scottish is from 2006.
I won the SOE, the rest was very reasonable. All Hail the Seattle Pipe Club.
I got to smoke a lot of Pike Place too, the newest blend coming out this fall.
