Finally got my package, but methinks this may be the last time I use P&C. In case any of their PR reps are watching this thread:Incoming from P&C:
1 lb. Peter Stokkebye Luxury Bullseye Flake (can't wait an eternity for SP to restock it)
1 10 pack Al Capone filter cigarillos (for wifey)

- There are no PO box restrictions in CA for tobacco mailing! You are misinterpreting a statute that does not apply here. Same goes for signature requirements--that is not a law here! Please have your legal team do their due diligence and actually read the statutes, rather than just reacting impulsively and acting on your erroneous presuppositions! There is no grey area in the law (despite what some Buoy Gold-puffing kin of yours might insist).
- Please train your customer service employees to use proper English grammar/syntax! When I have to call up, I sometimes feel like these people have been trained by Kafka or Ionescu. I'm just trying to stock my damn cellar, please do what you can to ease my mental anxiety.
- Bubble wrap is your friend. So is packing paper. These are both acceptable products to be use to fill space in boxes so that items do not bounce around when USPS decides to play lacrosse with my f***ing package. Even packing peanuts would be preferable to what you ended up using as packaging this time. Plastic bags filled with Peter Stokkebye Luxury Bullseye Flake do NOT constitute packaging material! I hope you are taking notes.
There, now I feel a little better. Back to SP I go!
