What Swisher wants is brands that were in production on February 15, 2007.

Those brands are grandfathered under the proposed FDA rulemaking on tobacco.

A good customer of mine is in the convenience store business and he said DE had a big presence at the convenience store retailers convention this year. He actually brought it up because the news of the sale had been blasted out in one of the industry newsletters he gets.
I know that DE has been making a big push to get their freshness-pack and tins offerings into convenience stores for a while now.

DE is a very high quality swisher.

Good tobacco leaf does not require "infuision".
I inquired about a cigar vacation once, and of all the factories Zman

recommended drew estates.....if i could reached him,i would of blackend

his eye. What an insult to the real cigars makers in the area.

Drew Estates is set up for cigar tourism. I am sure that they pay a referral fee.
