Quarter Cask is a staple in my whiskey cellar, it may as well be called Liquid Nightcap.

I had to look that up but thank you for the recommendation. I will see if I can acquire that one and give it an opportunity to please the palate.

Another good one to chase is Ardbeg Uigeadail which has a very meaty flavor.
