Sutliff Crumble Kake Barrel Aged Series No.2 is available at tobaccopipes.com as of midnight tonight and I brought two tins to try. Has anyone else planned on trying out this blend?
I really enjoyed it too. I got two for now and probably two more when I get paid on Thursday (fingers crossed it lasts that long).I absolutely loved Barrel Aged No 1 with its awesome appleness...so I grabbed 4 tins. I'm hopeful for the best!
That makes sense, in that position I'd feel the same way. I'm still in the process of building the cellar so I'm throwing in a few things like this for aging. I've got three tins of No.1 I'm saving for some autumn day several years down the line.I'm sure it's a nice tobacco. But with well over 100 blends and near 500 lbs in my cellar, I'll pass...
In that case, buy 10 - 20...That makes sense, in that position I'd feel the same way. I'm still in the process of building the cellar so I'm throwing in a few things like this for aging. I've got three tins of No.1 I'm saving for some autumn day several years down the line.
A bit more info on this blend would have been nice.
If I could afford it I absolutely would.In that case, buy 10 - 20...

It supposedly has some cognac essence, how much, if any, is actually imbued by the aging process is tbd. They don’t apply a cognac topping. This has cognac though...just sayin.
4000 tins.I grabbed some to try. I'm very intrigued.
I wonder how many will be in this barrel series...
