Just got a couple ounces of 515 rc and holy cow does it smell like vinegary ketchup, or some other sort of sweet vinegar food. Yall are saying this is not a topping? The sugars in this virginia are just literally fermenting?

Honestly, people are questioning the use of Red Virginia and what that just might mean for the other half of the nation. Who knows, right?

I checked and it is on the list of tobacco that is grandfathered by the FDA. Of course that doesn't mean they have to keep making it, only that they are allowed.

As for the hunt for a McClelland replacement there won't be any. The Sutcliffe is about as close as anyone's come to it and it really isn't all that close.

This is unequivocally, hands down, the worst blend I have ever smoked. Nothing has come even close to dethroning it. I honestly can't believe it even exists. And I can't believe I'm still smoking a pipe after the experience.

I like a 50-50 mix of 515 RC-1 and 507-C. Just break the 507-C flakes up first, then mix in with the 515 RC-1.
