Sunday comics were great, except that they kept shrinking in size over the years.

Bloom County, Opus, Calvin and Hobbes, The Far Side. So good.

I used to love Dilbert but it ceased being funny when it seemed he was just describing what was going on where I worked.

Do you remember reading Sunday comics? I found them to be a very nice way to start my Sunday as a child and young adult. I do not have a local newspaper subscription and am uncertain if Sunday comics are still published. The Born Loser, King Arthur and Jolly Jim Piper were my favorites.
One of my favorite memories of my maternal grandmother is this: our hometown paper had no comics, hers (The Miami Herald) did. So she used to save up a bunch of Sunday comics sections for me to read when we visited her, and I’d read them over breakfast. I always appreciated and enjoyed that!
