Hawky, besides TR.com where are you hearing they are the same blend? I smoke a lot of LPF and I am not seeing/tasting/smelling these two being too similar so far.
A couple of guys on other forums have said they taste almost the same, but it's interesting that others feel differently. I don't love LPF, but I plan to buy a couple of tins of Stonehenge so I can see for myself.

Can anyone report on the nic hit of Stonehenge? I've heard everything from "less than Nightcap" to "OJK-level." To my low tolerance, that's quite a spread.

I am so jealous. Been at sea for two weeks, and I can't get home to try my tins for another 18 days. Does Jiminks have a review on Stonehenge Flake?

In order, Re-release of SH, LPF, Original SH. Since I have all the I thought I would share a comparison.
*Any chance a mod would be so kind as to fix my image?

I hate Lakeland in smell, taste, touch, and whatever other sense it might plague me by. I took one puff of some of this fresh and appropriately dried Stonehenge and hated it.
Well... that sucks. Haha!

After seein the big hulabaloo here about this elusive "Stonehenge", I succumbed to peer pressure and ordered a couple of tins over the weekend. They arrived yesterday.
So, last night, after getting home from a twilight round of golf (weather has been absolutely spectacular here as of late) I sat out a couple of flakes and let em dry.
As I got towards the end of my piping evening, somewhere around midnight or 1, I folded up a flake and put er in my Royalton Bent Bulldog (man I'm really liking this little briar).
What can I say, great stuff. I wasn't disappointed. I did experience a little bit of tongue bite during the first 1/3 of the bowl. I decided to sit it down for a bit and give the ol buds a little time to recover with a soothing bath of pinot noir. :)
An hour later I picked it back up and got er goin again. MAN! What a SMOKE! Absolutely No bite (I'm guessing the initial smoking of the bowl dried it out a little more or something).
I left the other flake sitting out and will give it a try tonight.
Thanks to the OP for lettin us know about this being available. I think I'm gonna like it! :)

Woopig that's what I'm worried about. I hate the stuff and refuse to buy anything Gawith & Hoggarth because everything that isn't supposed to have lakeland that I've bought has been contaminated with the shit.

What the heck is going on here with our pictures we're posting these days?
Anyway, Twoonfive I look forward to hearing your thoughts. That aged Stonehenge looks scrumptious!

@fitzy, I'm afraid you won't like it. But I guess you need to buy one tin yourself. I love GL Pease, C&D, and have nothing against this amazing re-release event. I'm just a wimp or something when it comes to perfume tobaccos. I hate it. I can't stand any small amount of those types of notes or flavors.
