Sorry if you are offended. It's what we do after all the seriousness has been wrung from a post. Sometimes it only takes one response. And, I should point out, no where was it mentioned that the victim "lost everything." That's something I haven't seen mentioned before.
Some of us can be very irreverent.

It all started in utero. My mother was pregnant with me during the Cuban Missle Crisis. She lived her life in dispair, deeply regretful for bringing a child onto that insane world. Later, after I was born and the crisis dissipated, she felt a great sense of loss for having worried so much only to never have her fears fulfilled. Three years later, I drowned. It was a blissful experience, only to be interrupted by a stranger who had just learned CPR from a Cracker Jack prize booklet. After that, things got worse....

I know it's difficult to keep up to date on these things, but Elvis fled Madmaxistan Detroit several years back. I understand he's now hiding out somewhere in the AZ desert...planning a return to Vegas after Harry Reid's gone.
