About the Crotchless Cotton Long Johns, Ashdigger was demoing them when he stopped by to gift me with the Warhorse samples that I shared at the WCPS. It wasn't pretty.
All that said, War Horse, all of the War Horses, are on my list of favorite tobaccos, despite...
I just went through and read all those older posts from MLC and what an entertaining read it was... I wish we had those kind of lively debates today. He sure is a passionate man and I respect the hell out of him!PipesMagazine Forum member "misterlowercase" opined some years ago
I miss his contributions here, he had some great posts. He sure is a passionate man and I respect the hell out of him!
Thanks, cobguy. Vanilla flavoring = something that tastes like vanilla. There is Tonquin present which is used in many parts of the world as a vanilla substitute.
So, while there is no actual vanilla, the scent and flavor are present.
Yes he was. It's very unfortunate, but he acted out in a major way that couldn't be ignored at the time. For me, as a lover of the history of pipes and tobaccos who looked forward to his posts and admired his scholarship and passion, the loss was horrible, but he thoroughly earned the banning.by all accounts he wasn't booted off as Hawky suggests above.
I always seem to miss it when someone goes off the rails in a big way 8Ohe thoroughly earned the banning.
You're not wrong. This is usually what happens. This didn't happen with regards to Troy. Which is puzzling (or not) depending on how one interprets why the administration would leave a name, and avatar, as searchable tools for the forum even though the person who posted that information had been banned (however earned).I was of the impression that once a member had been 'booted off' his name became 'anonymous' on any forum posts which his have not (though heaps of his posted images are 'missing').
