I caught an albino like this one (in our front yard) two years ago. Never trapped a meaner, tougher squirrel.
I would think he would have to be tough - growing up looking like that.

Is there much to eat off those tree rats?
Yep.My dad and I always went squirrel hunting in the 1960s. My mom would make squirrel pot pie. Would give anything to be hunting with my dad just once more...
I have an old,now it's oldThis thread is inspiring. Just got a replacement stock for my Grandpa’s 1951 Remington 550-1 .22 and it fits perfectly! Going to clean the internals and now on the hunt for a classic 4X Weaver and side mount - will have to have a smith drill and tap the receiver - will hold off on final installation until I’ve made a decision on the scope - may just leave her as she is - the open sights are fine.

I sold and traded some nice blued steel and walnut guns when I was young. I wish I still had all of them.I had one of those years back. That long barrel makes it real quiet with standard velocity ammo.
I wish I still had that gun... young men make some bad deals with old guns.
