So is it a forum for Chinese people who smoke pipes, or for people who smoke Chinese pipes? Or Chinese people who smoke Chinese pipes?
I tried a Chinese pipe. A half hour later, I wanted to smoke again!

Correct me if I am wrong... isn't the inside of the bowl looked sad?

And he said this dunhill is just a OKAY pipe....

Some of them are not smoked at all... wondering why he buy so many but never smoked them....
If it was legal, I really want to kill the owner of this pipe....

He said something like feeling great because he can buy another pipe....
One more thing.... on that forum..

you can see people saying that it is right/cool to throw away a corn cob pipe after at most 3 uses.....
Sad.....................

Try the pipe forum in baidu rather then the "pipe village" forum.
Pipe village has got a very closely knitted community and they will bash those with different opinion.
Not sure how true is that coz i can't post anything there. Most chinese firum need a local mobile no to register.
Interesting read sometime, at least good for a laugh.

The last time I gave my pipe too much garlic it got pretty bad heart burn, now I cook my pipe sweetener with more tomato and basil. It got to a point where I was spending my tobacco money on pepto-bismol.

Well garlic is great for keeping the Vampires away from your pipe. But then again he would be better off not cleaning the pipe and then it would keep every one away.
That guy is blistering the pipe from smoking it too hot. How can he taste the baccy? Oh wait he has to smoke it that hot so he doesnt taste the garlic... got it.

Kenny: Can you post a link to the Chinese forum? Also, what pipe tobacco brands are popular in Hong Kong and mainland China? I've heard W.O. Larson does well there, as does Captain Black.

My wife is Chinese, and we use a lot of garlic. Next time we stir fry, I'll fire up a piece of broccoli and see how it works. Dumplings could be good for stem polishing, just saying... 8)
To the OP, I would keep promoting the methods you find here. Everyone was new at some time or another, they'll figure it out.

I'm kinda glad W.O. Larsen isn't smoked by more people. It means I can get my supply without fear of it being snatched up before I can order it. I'm looking at you, Mr. Stonehaven...

At the Chicago Pipe Show, I saw Chinese dealers buy multiple pipes in the $2K range. Obviously, they expected to make a profit on the resell.

The only way to get our U.S. economy back on track is to sell high quality leaf to the chinese! lol
Increase production Mr. Pease! hahaha.
@kennyjo

Awesome meer. I like yours because the claws look more natural. Others I've seen have the claws bend towards the bowl. Lovely pipe. Smoke her brains out!
P.S. Garlic flavored pipe tobacco....hmmmm 8O
