Could be, but mine always rolls around in October and the height of my buying from them is midsummer. I go artisan in fall and winter. Going to be dropping really bad this year.

I'm almost done buying pipes, so that silver VIP should go away soon. Trying to score a good Deluxe System with nice natural finish. But the grain's been rather crappy of late.
This will be the year my VIP status disappears as well. All of my pipes now come directly from North American and Turkish artisans
