Just for the heck of adding a vote in the other direction-I think there are far far too many guns on the street, legal or otherwise. So, frankly, any actions that can reduce that have my support.

I agree with you. The problem with gun control, however, is it seems to have zero effect on keeping guns out of the hands of criminals.

My understanding you still need the permit, they just can’t shoot you down because you don’t have a good reason to carry. My carry in the 60s inNew York was a sawed off shotgun in a bowling bag.

I respect your opinion...It is a lot of guns on the streets...but if they are in a bad hands that is a disaster...if they are in a right hands it is a self defence..have you ever been in a situation when predator is attacking you?even if he does not have a gun but just baseball bat?are you are sh....ng your pants worrying about your life?How would you save your life?another reason constitution was written the way it is is protecting people against the wrong government...against dictatorship...our forefathers knew the best why they wrote the constitution this way and we have to respect it if we want to live here....
