Vegas Baby!!!
Is that a House or a Pub?
For the upper photo: the top left pipe is a DeLuxe (it’s reportedly Charle Peterson’s favorite shape). The other two on the left are House Pipes (Churchwarden) and the one on the right has a removable bowl.

The middle picture is a very large Meer.

The bottom picture is a Peterson Pipes Notes 2022 which is a limited run Pub Pipe with Tapered Deluxe Stem.

Ah, the PipeNotes Pipe. Sadly I missed out on that one.

I had a nice Tinsky giant apple I got from Smoking Pipes. It was a weird situation, though. They sold it as new and when it got to me, it had a few small scratches on the bowl. I showed it to them and they said to please send it back so they could touch it up.

Then they told me (upon receipt) that there was nothing they could do to fix it, didn’t give me the option of keeping it, refunded my money, and I never saw it again.

I was actually a little pissed because I really wanted that pipe. Poured the money into a big commission from Dragon Briars that I’m currently selling because it never grew on me the way the Tinsky did.

That is a shame. You would think they would have contacted you and given you options.

I enjoy and collect Ropp pipes and especially like their pipes made from Cherry. When I got the opportunity to get another very early example made in Bussang from the late 19th Century I was very happy. The original photos gave no sense of scale. I was expecting the size of the pipe to be like the one in the lower right of the photo below. What I got was the behemoth. As I unboxed it, my eyes popped out of my head as I unwrapped the separate pieces. I was unprepared for how huge it was.

It’s cumbersome, but, I love it. It provides a three hour smoke and is the perfect height to set beside me on my chair and sip while I work at the computer. A Savinelli 320 KS and 12 ounce Coke can are shown for scale. It’s about 26 inches in length.
