Soon enough. I close on this house tuesday. The pool house does need a bit of work inside but its a better start than my old house. That was either outside braving the elements or in the garage where it was cold but manageable in the winter.
Oh wait. So this is brand new to you? So it's not a building of YOURS that you're using, your buying a house that has it's own smoking room! Brilliant!

"Yes I need 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, one smoking room, and a basement please"

My smoking area is just a couple of side tables and a chair in our living room.

I finally carved out a smoking space amongst the wood shop and exercise gear
I call it:
PIPE STATION HORNBLOWER

Side question. Does anyone smoke in their bedroom? Im wondering about the smoke vs having all your clothes in that room. My upstairs bedroom has a small "walk in" closet with a door, and a door leading to outside "balcony" ( with no railing--not legally a porch yet) . Im wondering if that would be easier, moving all my clothes into the closet, and cracking a window, or the door.
In a former house, I smoked in my bedroom. After an evening bowl, it was pleasant to fall asleep surrounded by fragrant clouds of pipe smoke.

Man cave, she shed, whatever you call it. Big changes are happening in my world, and one of them is to make myself some sort of smoking area in/at my house. Haven't decided if I build a room in my basement, or enclose one of my two porches. I'm looking for some ideas!

No more wind, or cold unfinished uninsulated garage walls for this guy!

Go on, make me jealous enough to start something!
One thing I did to help mitigate my place from smelling like a pipe is buying a Coway Aitmega air purifier. It’s expensive but it’s a workhorse that’s keeps all the air clean.

Edit: not that you were asking but thought I’d share lol

I've got the basement den area. It's 21 x 12, plus a bathroom, and a utility room for the washing machines. I have my desk down there plus a chair, two recliners, two small tables, two six-foot libraries that were for books but where I store tobacco in, a small refrigerator, another chair, a large credenza, and a 65-inch TV. I am damn near set for the apocalypse.
