14 Grams!
Does it hold tobacco?
Does it have a stem?
Helium filled?

Wow
It's a SOLID 4.6" long.
Granted, the chamber walls DO look a bit on the thin side, but I've never had issue with that.
Kai Nielsen is an absolute master of weight reduction and size politics in pipes.

Yeah I placed the order Monday morning. (Usually with SPC, it'll be out the door that afternoon and in my hands two days later.)
It took two days to get shipped out, and almost 3 to leave South Carolina.

December just isn't the month to expect quick shipments lol.

The pipe itself may not LOOK all that impressive to most people- it's just a straight billiard (JoD B Cross Grain), but the numbers are magic to my eyes.
It weighs 14 grams!
Ah yes, I think I know the one. Bet you'll love it

I hope you are pleasantly surprised. His pipes seem hard to photograph. In addition to the more wild/extreme shapes, he is very good at subtle/classic form

That IS truly weird. And I like it too, looks to be well suited to hanging from the jaw. Cool.
Speaking of hard to photograph, the pipe featured by @mingc does look a bit different

But I'd be willing to bet that seeing it in person and seeing it hang/clench would make a lot of sense

Yes, it does. But you're not going to get a pipe selfie from me. They are the reason I left all my FB pipe groups. Pipe smokers just ain't as pretty as they think they are!

Reading today's posts got me energized and thinking I maybe should have bought one on recent sale...

But, at least for now, that energy went into photographing my (previously skipped over) 3rd from Kai- this Jewel D with acrylic stem via the Danish Pipe Shop.

* I tried before and wasn't even close to satisfied. I think I did pretty good here... but I stand by my claim that certain things are hard to capture. A subtle taper, a cant that just feels right...

It is a flat-bottom sitter, though the area is small

Interesting "wrap" grain area

while I'm sure Kai would have preferred to see more long grain I quite like the left side ends at an angle

That one is right up my alley!
Good news this morning too- I've got a Kai "Out for Delivery".

Amazing- just when I thought they couldn't get more dainty.
This billiard is flawlessly crafted. The chamber and draft hole are drilled dead nuts.
I've tried having pipe makers do a pipe for me like this one, but they inevitably go too big, either in length or thickness. I've had makers tell me they can't tool a pipe this small, or they won't because "it will be too fragile".

Balls I say. Old man Nielsen does it all the time..

Light is getting low, but compared to a Corona Pipemaster...
