This was a bit different for me but I think his pipes are cool. “Dragon Scale” is on theatrical side and it’s also unique. This isn’t carved, supposedly, but all the work of sandblasting.

I usually prefer vulcanite and his other pipes have brindle. One of the reasons I got this particular one is because I loved how the “amber” acrylic works with this stain, shape, and concept. Everyone sees things differently I guess. Anyway, it’s nice to have something “strange” in my collection. This pipe is fun to look at and hold.
It's the only modern artisan pipe I own. The rest are all old British and French estates. I think this pipe cost around $150 at the time.
Got a couple, nice smokers, light and tactile. Both these have acrylic stems which I like.
I love when a style of pipe I usually hate apeals to me. This pipe does that. Wow what a great lookier.
