Shipping Troubles From Other Countries?

• Germany is terrible for pipes via normal post, but they always arrive.
• Italy is fantastic.
• Great Britain won't ship tobacco.
• Black Swan Shoppe has incredible Petersons, but won't ship them to the U.S.

Purchased pipes from USA via ebay.
That was in March. Even now, in July, the package has not arrived.
To be honest, the seller's response was not sincere, so I will refrain from personal transactions in the United States in the future.
