I see nothing there that a reamer, alcohol, pipe cleaners, a Magic Eraser, and Flitz polish couldn't clean up.?‍

Oh, I have all of that, even a low speed buffer at the drill press. I’ve cleaned up a few before, but I just don’t have the patience

Really don't need any of that.


A lighter, a wet paper towel, and toothpaste.



Before shining it up with toothpaste, I had this one cleaned up in about thirty minutes.

Okay. When I get my next lot of pipes in, I’ll reach out and figure the toothpaste method. So, no bleach bath?

Toothpaste is just for shining up the dull black vulcanite. Bleach causes pitting that needs to be sanded.
