Hello, everyone!
This last Christmas my little sister got me a Scotte pipe that came with the case, reamer, tamper, etc. and I haven’t used it because I’m not sure if it’s safe to smoke. Would anyone here happen to know more about this particular pipe?

probably. What would make it not? Seems like a really cheap brand. As in the case, reamer, tamper, etc would account for the majority of the asking price. When in doubt why bother though. Why because how enjoyable can it be to wonder if you're doing excessive harm to your self while trying to relax and enjoy a pipe.

Well I have no idea what it’s made of, and it’s made in China lol. At the least it’s a good display piece in my pipe cabinet.

Haha I can’t imagine so. I just checked Amazon and one version says it’s ebony and the other says it’s pear wood, for the exact same pipe kit

ebony can be used to describe color as well as material. I get thee impression google translate helped make these descriptions.
