Skiff is an oriental forward blend with only a hint of Latakia in it. I love this type. The ones I put in the same category, with that tinge of sourness from the orientals are Presbyterian, Rattray’s Red Raparee, McConnell Oriental, and John Cotton #1.

Sounds like I need to find some Skiff, based on the list you provided. I run through 3 of those regularly

Skiff is wonderful tart sweet sour mildly smokey stuff. Great flavors mixed well together. For what it's worth, from my under a year palette, I'll +1 McConnell Original Oriental also as similar category/style.
