I passed on Mellow Mixture, Club Mixture and Medal of Valor, all with 2014 dates. They had Escudo which may be from the same time period. I need to figure out how to date those tins.Lucky sonofabitch!

No but i bought a shitload, sorry a metric shitload, of the gold slice with a couple years on it off of somewhere here, assuming it's fairly close?
It is and it is gooood stuff. I like plug tobaccos and the preparation so when the brick came out, I bought my limit. Notice I said plug "tobaccos". Can't leave yourself open like that around this group.
Always wondered if Gold Sliced was Gold Brick just cut into flakes. Never tried the sliced but I love the brick.
I see the slice is made by Sutliff and the brick by K&K so not exactly the same. Still want to try it though.
