Sorry guys got busy and forgot to respond. The answer is: a candy pipe mold from Germany. Saw it at an antique store and would have bought it but it was $50. Took a picture figured we would get some interest from it. The candy pipe would come out of the mold being about 3 inches long, maybe a little less. Voorhees guessed it right out of the gate!

I thought it was used for erectile dysfunction,put your equipment in there pour a hardner in there or semi hardner for us old folk and villa,you can make a fire,drive a car with a hot radiator,pull a horse trailer without bogging down,and even fix a sail boat with your tool. :rofl:

A burnishing stick used to crease paper for folding.
I'm going to go with that one. Made from bone originally and later made from plastic. It doesn't quite look like bone from the pic so I'll go ABS plastic.
