My son uses that to spike his hair.
Yep, I think it's sold as a hair spiking gel. The stuff dries up so hard I almost put my girlfriend's eye out a few times coming in for a smooch.

One thing I'll say for glue, when I used it and my mustache fell apart it was easy to restyle. The rare times the Got2B Glued fell apart it could not be put back together without some water to soften it back up and enough time holding it in position for it to dry and harden up again.

Moisture can reactivate the glue as well.
Of all of the fixatives I've used, I've not found anything I like better.

Thank you for the compliments, much appreciated. 🤝

Yup, I shaved at the start of spring, actually a little earlier this year, mid April, I think it was, I usually keep it until around the start of May, at which point the winter plumage is shed.

I tend to grow it in the winter, as it's too darn cold to stand shaving in the morning, however my regimen has changed now, since I've begun shaving in the evening time now.

I may grow another this year, I'll see how it goes.

All I know is that was one hell of a beard your sported, and I’d never shave that off.

Men don’t grow beards for Seasons! LOL 😆

It’s always Man Season for a beard! LOL 😝

I bought a pack of 100 Personna blades several years ago for less than $20 and still have many left. Safety razors and straights have been my go to for decades now.

HAHA! :ROFLMAO:

Honestly though, the heat & humidity here is really something. I guess as it is most places on this parallel....

It's brutal, I tells ya!

Anyway, I can grow it back.

Never skimp on shaving products!

I use feather DE blades, last pack was 200 blades, when I bought them I had a massive saving on them, but just looking now, they're like USD79, works out to be USD2.53/blade.
Now, that's expensive you might say. And I guess it is, but I use one blade 4 times, one side for one side of my face, the following day I insert the blade opposite side, and repeat for the remainder of use, thus ensuring maximum usage. Never exceeding 4 x usage, as the edges have dulled too much.

In your post, 20 bucks for 3 blades? or three packets of blades?

Just to "wax lyrical", pardon the pun.

Ways back in time, I remember watching a video/film about shaving, I think it was something Gillett released, before the woke-shit, BTW.

Anyway, they had a group of guys shaving in front of a 2-way mirror, with Gillett's designers the other side, obviously trying to determine how the "average" man (whatever that is) shaves.
Apparently, he should only take 20 strokes per shave!

HA! I call BS on that, I can take 20 strokes over my chin, before I'm satisfied and that's with a new blade! oh, & no knicks either.

Of course, this was during the days of these new fangled 3, 4 & 5 blade holders, never liked them. So tell me this then Gillett. If the the 5th blades shaves the closest, why bother with the first 1-2-3-4 blades?

Beards don’t make you warmer in heat. ;)

After all look at the places where men live in the deserts around the world with beards, many extremely hot places of the middle east.

Beards help in summer and winter. :)

Beards actually regulate temperature and protect you in the summer and winter better, against harsh conditions on a bare face.

A beard is a Protecter for all conditions. ;)
