90's production 25g plugs. Having dried out a bit explains the 2-3g weight loss. Lovely to see!?
Thanks for the reply condorlover1, that's the thing, there is no stated weight on the packaging, ?I just remember that as kids we always got him a half ounce from the tobacconist, he preferred the half oz's because he was always losing it, ?guess he figured he'd rather lose a half than a full one! But the weights suggest they are ozs, I will add another pic or 2 for scale etc and let you deduce it.If the bar weighs 21g that's over 1/2oz. What is the stated weight on the packet? I have had these things through my hands before but they went on a one way trip to Woodsroad as they were used for sampling purposes.
Yep, 90s sounds about right from memory. I found out today from my mother, that the last thing he asked for, before dying in his own bed, family around, was a "wee puff on the pipe" before passing on. Literally the last thing he did.If the bar weighs 21g that's over 1/2oz. What is the stated weight on the packet? I have had these things through my hands before but they went on a one way trip to Woodsroad as they were used for sampling purposes.
Interesting, cos the condor plugs are 25gYep that would be a 1/2 oz bar and is probably the same size as the Condor Plugs that are still manufactured.
