Well due to the rush of buying and stocking the cellars before the unknown, I never touched anything bigger than 1 pound bags. I just looked at one of my open pound mac baren plum cake and even it’s starting to dry.The 1lb Sutliff bags are polyester (Mylar is a brand name for a polyester film), but not foil laminate. I would not recommend using them for long-term storage, but under good conditions, they could keep the contents viable for a year or longe
So I’m looking for solutions before it becomes a problem.
If there is a bag you recommend, I’d love to have a link for it so I could get it instead of just looking around on Amazon.
