Got nothing on the nomenclature, but I sure like the blast. M de P and other Italian makers do a nice job evoking a real natural look with their light and tan blasts.

It's not our Milwaukee Area Pipe Society pipe but my buddy Fred H. reports there was another MAPS in Memphis around that time. Wish I had more. Our 2000 POY was a Clarence Mickles (RIP) who was a friend of the club. ?
