My guess is its an older version of the Aran rusticated 69 bent billiard from the 70s or80s :

As for OP's pipe ... I'm pretty sure that rustication is 1981-1984 :

The single rounded ring --- someone posted a similar pipe recently and I think it was for a European market but my memory fails me seeing your torch !

At first I thought that the stem was beveled and there was a skinny silver band. Then I put on my high speed readers and blew up the photo; it looks like a solid band with a grove through the middle, giving the appearance of two skinny bands side by side. And wouldn't the MADE IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND stamp date the pipe?

Its like a Dublin Filter rusticated 69 but with a p-Lip not a fishtail. ... I can't figure it out anymore.

I'd say it was made sometime in the 1980s. But I don't know the series. The rustication seems 81-84 but the shank rings are late 80s. Maybe someone else will know.
