Chicken tikka pizza?! Is nothing sacred?!
Hmmm that could actually be really good. I love Indian food and Chicke Tikka Masala is one of my favorire meals. Already has a tomato based sauce, you eat it with Naan which is a delicious thin piece of bread.. Not the furthest stretch for a funky-but-delicious pizza!

"You've ordered pizza.

"Everyone has eaten their fill.

"Half a pizza is left.

"Do you put it in the fridge or leave it on the counter/table overnight?"
The fridge, lest the following happen:

I've had some 'slices' from vendors in NYC back in the late 60's. I seem to recall that I'd head toward the guys selling Sicilian style, which I don't think is what you all are talking about.

For fifty cents you got a square of cooked dough with a tomato sauce and cheese that was about 4" square and almost an inch high. Rather a thick dough with crusty bottom and chewy 'body'.

It gets left out and eaten cold in this household. In fact, you're lucky if you even wake up to find any left.

@ Hunter, I don't think that happened in one night... We left out pizza in Afghanistan where the air has 10% fecal matter in it and the pizza didn't mold in one night.
As for what is ON a pizza, virtually anything can be on a pizza. Chicken pizza with a garlicky white sauce is terrific. When I was in Italy, I had my first ever pizza pescatore. The clams were still in the shell! It was delicious. I saw kids eating frankenfurter pizzas there, too. Not as delicious. lol
I worked at the best pizza joint in Vancouver, WA when I was younger. They let me experiment. I made a spinach pizza with smoked oysters and 3 cheeses that was soooo good. Ah the good old days.

Reheated the next day in a cast iron skillet. Microwave ruins the texture of the crust
Tom - I should not have assumed the cast iron went on the stove top... the bottom was SUPER crispy!
I think the smoke should clear by Christmas lol!

In Chicago, anyone handling food at a food fest (and we have hundreds during the year, neighborhood, ethnic, church festivals, even a gigantic one in Grant Park every summer) must be certified, by taking a four hour food safety course. I've been doing it for more than 20 years. And, one of the most important things to keep folk from getting food poisoning is that, prepared food should never be kept in the "food danger zone" between 40 degrees and 140 degrees for more than 2 hours. If you're looking to spend less time on the porcelain throne, you might want to keep that in mind. However, the incidence of people getting sick from leftover pizza isn't very high, at least it isn't reported. Here's a quick little video that kinda gives you the options.

It depends on how much is left it usually goes into the fridge, then reheated in the oven so it gets nice and toasty
