the way I look at it. Issues happen. It is part of business. If you can't handle those issues gracefully then you're in the wrong business. No matter how great a place is issues will happen. The postal truck with your package could get hit by lightening and blow up taking everything inside with it. Over time chaos will mess up one of your orders. And if they were the only game in town I could shrug my shoulders and deal with it. But I've had other retailers respond in less then 24 hours and go above and beyond in their help. S.P. Fixed a pipe that I bought estate from them when they would have been one hundred percent in their rights to point out that I waited past the warranty to fix it. They could have blamed me and I would have said it was my fault for sitting on the issue. But they did more then they had to and impressed the heck out of me.
