The striking and loving gaze from the woman in "Interior" by Thornoe is captivating. I'd love to have a print of that painting. Being a lifelong outdoorsman I interpret the young boys disposition of being frustrated that he's not quite big enough to go out tromping through the field with Dad. Very relatable for me. Thanks for all you do!

I took it as the boy being saddened by his father killing those cute animals. Isn't it amazing how great art can do that?
