Sir, I am truly impressed at the longevity of this thread, and of the amount of art wherein pipes are depicted which you have been able to ferret out and present to us. I, for one, appreciate your ongoing effort.
Have you ever considered compiling a book on this subject?

+1 - I would be interested in such a book. I would guess getting the licenses to print the images could be a daunting task.

I agree there should be a "coffee table" book like this. I won't be the one trying to even to begin getting the licenses. Many of the museums, galleries, auction houses, etc. I've taken these from were very generous in allowing use, others not so much and I had to pull a few computer tricks to get them here.

I'm glad you're enjoying the collection and I hope there is some way to preserve it here after I've exhausted my last corner of the world.
