Y’all are killing me, the bank is starting to get pissed this is the third time I’ve taken out all my homes equity to load up on tobacco before the “government” and I use that term in the loosest sense, tries to tax us common folk down to our short britches. Alas back to the bank hopefully they will let me put my money back again.

Seriously? A bank that doesn't want to take your money? What have you got? Leprosy?

Great work @Verdant . Still growing my own though. I figure if my kin folk in Kentucky and the Carolinas could do it, so can I.
Where is this?

Please put your location in your Profile, as people are forgetful.
Why:
That will save questions in the future as to where you live when you later mention local stores, weather, tobacco prices, availability, regulations, location of photos, wildfires, air quality, etc. In many instances that saves time for those who read your posts. It cuts down on posts or PMs asking where you are.
How:
Under your avatar, (top right, left most of three symbols) you choose "Account Details", which brings up "My Account". "My Location" is halfway down. Whatever you're comfortable with- town, city, county, state. province, etc.

I would suggest to anyone wanting to post regarding legislation to cite to primary sources or at least reputable sources that include citations to primary sources.
Amen. The same is true of FDA matters. I still see posts that rely on “journalism” that Is out of date and has been super ceded by statements made on the FDA’s official web pages and relevant and binding Federal Court cases.
