Can I use a pipe to smoke a non-aromatic blend and then use the same pipe to smoke an aromatic the day later?? Or should i keep my pipes divided into certain categories?

All up to you. The flavor of the aromatic may carry over to the non aromatic but there's no rules to it. Some separate pipes into genres or even have blend specific pipes while others do not.

You can go from a non-aromatic to an aromatic blend but generally not the reverse. Aromatic blends can quickly ghost a pipe, which is why many people dedicate one or two pipes exclusively to aromatics or scented tobaccos.

I dedicate a couple pipes to English & Balkan blends, but the rest I just smoke what I want. I haven't been smoking long enough to ghost a pipe. Or I'm not smoking strong enough aromatics to do so.

I do have a couple specifically for Englishes, but I've mixed all kinds in the others. Since I don't build cake, I'm unaffected by ghosting.

Can I use the same pipe for 2 different aromatics or will it ruin things?
It depends whether the aromatics are in a similar genre. For example, Blood Red Moon, which has a strong cherry topping, would certainly affect the taste of a vanilla-topped blend. Obviously a strong aromatic would dominate the taste of a mild aromatic. You might not mind but you should be aware.

It's your pipe. You can do whatever you want to do with it. But think about it. Would you drink a cup of water out of used yogurt container?

I smoked a cherry aro for the first time a few days ago and the pipe now has a distinct cherry flavor. I have not noticed the same level of ghosting with vanilla flavors. I have also noticed that English blends leave a distinct smoky flavor behind.

Any blend that you put in a pipe is going to leave traces for a while. So the answer is, what will work for you. Do you mind having cross contamination from different blends? Would you mind vanilla in your cherry or cherry in your vanilla? Would you mind Latakia in your aro? Only you can make that calculation.
