Cause they aren't made of cotton. Lotsa plastics, though.pipecleaners made for crafts don't work at all in cleaning a pipe. They have no absorbent qualities.
Yeah that’s what they make fluffy ones for.Speaking of hoarding, they work great in case you run out of toilet paper. A little rough at first...but you get used to it.
sometimes you make due. Don't worry I got them from the new packs they hadn't opened yet so they should be totally fine.I may just be a little more discerning in my pipe hygiene. YMMV
Tuff Tony says you still have to wash and reuse.Speaking of hoarding, they work great in case you run out of toilet paper. A little rough at first...but you get used to it.
The oft stated advice here that tobacco will never be more available or less expensive than it is now can be applied to a lot of things. So stocking up to some extent on anything that you use regularly isn't a bad idea.I see more a concern about a general breakdown than a mere "tobaccolypse". So, some preppers also smoke pipes, what else is new?
I’m sorry but I have to ask, and I don’t know how to do so without sounding a tad misogynist...have you ever tried using a tampon to absorb the moisture from the shank or the chamber?I raised a house full of girls. I've got every kind of crafts shit there is.
I don't think they will fit a pipe. Have seen plenty during first aid training.I’m sorry but I have to ask, and I don’t know how to do so without sounding a tad misogynist...have you ever tried using a tampon to absorb the moisture from the shank or the chamber?
I am so tempted to just go full on horrible with this. I won't but damn it I am tempted.I’m sorry but I have to ask, and I don’t know how to do so without sounding a tad misogynist...have you ever tried using a tampon to absorb the moisture from the shank or the chamber?
Ah, so that's why they make the tapered variety!Speaking of hoarding, they work great in case you run out of toilet paper. A little rough at first...but you get used to it.
Nothing misogynistic about that, those things are damned handy. I keep those in a camping supply box for starting fires. Excellent kindling.I’m sorry but I have to ask, and I don’t know how to do so without sounding a tad misogynist...have you ever tried using a tampon to absorb the moisture from the shank or the chamber?
No apology needed at all. We can discuss such products as adults. And a few others will not.I’m sorry but I have to ask, and I don’t know how to do so without sounding a tad misogynist...have you ever tried using a tampon to absorb the moisture from the shank or the chamber?
That is an excellent idea. I haven’t heard of that before. Thanks for the tip. ??Nothing misogynistic about that, those things are damned handy. I keep those in a camping supply box for starting fires. Excellent kindling.
